Web-2.0 is one of the hottest buzzwords in the web and AJAX is one of the core technology behind Web-2.0. AJAX, which stands for Asynchronous Javascript and XML increases user friendliness and speed of the web applications by transferring only small chunks of data from the web server. Essentially, AJAX is a group of technology which comprises of HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, Javascript.
